Individual coaching sessions are a great way for anyone to develop better awareness of strengths and areas for growth, while taking action to meet new wellness goals and achieve healthy lifelong habits.
Teens and young adults are beginning an exciting and challenging journey as they become increasingly independent and learn to take care of themselves. I offer opportunities for teens to work in a small group setting or with me in private coaching sessions.
Private yoga sessions are a great way to explore yoga and mindfulness for the first time, or to go deeper into an already established practice. Private yoga sessions can be combined with wellness coaching for a well rounded wellness program.
