Yoga and mindfulness has played an important role in my life for over 20 years, and I believe strongly in how a regular practice can greatly enhance our physical and emotional wellbeing. As a practitioner with a health condition that impacted mobility and energy throughout my life, I take the time to understand the individual needs of my clients as they learn and grow into a practice that meets their unique needs and interests.
